To be eligible, you must register with HAPPY HOME™ before contacting a real estate agent. When you register, you’ll get what you need to give you the HAPPY HOME™ advantage.

How do I get my benefit?
When you buy or sell a home through HAPPY HOME™ you’ll receive a rebate* based on the actual sales price – not a fixed amount based on a range of values.

Who is eligible?
The program is intended for employees, family members or individuals who are moving or looking to sell or purchase a home. You must register with RELO Direct® before contacting a real estate agent and be represented by the assigned real estate firm at closing to qualify. Rebates are not allowed in all states.

Choosing the right agent will make your move a positive experience. If you partner with a trusted HAPPY HOME™ agent, you are working with an expert who will ensure your move is seamless and you’ll receive the same support and care that you give.
